Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy:-

All courses should be paid in full at time of booking. Places cannot be confirmed until payment is received. Provisional bookings must be confirmed within 5 working days of initial booking or place(s) may be allocated to other students.

If the required number of participants do not register for a course day, we will contact you to rearrange for a more suitable day.

Cancellation Policy:-

Cancellations must be received no later than 5 working days prior to the course commencement date in order to qualify for a full refund/credit/change of date.

We will only refund 50% of the fees if  cancellations less than 5 working days before a course start date.

No refund will be provided if cancelling on the day or a  “no-show” on the course or a failure to complete the course.
If, due to circumstance beyond our control, there is a need to cancel/reschedule a training course, we will endeavour to give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. In the unlikely event of this occurring we will offer alternative course options where available or give a full refund of course fees
